Admissions and Marketing Assistant

The School seeks an Admissions and Marketing Assistant to support the Admissions Registrar and the Marketing Manager. 

The Admissions and Marketing Sections manage all aspects of the admission of pupils to the School.  The Marketing Section attracts prospective pupils’ families whose first point of call is the Admissions Section where a wealth of knowledge is needed to respond effectively to initial enquiries and arrange successful ‘taster’ days and first days at the School.  The Admissions and Marketing Assistant will provide support in relation to all aspects of marketing and admissions.

Candidates should have experience of marketing and/or promotions, office administration and using digital communication channels.  Excellent planning, communication and IT skills will be needed, as well as an ability to be creative and proactive and always maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  Flexibility and the ability to multi-task will also be key. 

The working hours will normally be 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday during term times and 9 am to 1.30 pm Monday to Friday during School holiday periods.  However, there will on occasions be a requirement to attend an evening or weekend function/event.

Operations Manager

The School seeks an Operations Manager to manage the School’s maintenance and capital projects and all whole School health and safety matters to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

Candidates should have senior level experience of managing major capital and maintenance projects, formulating and monitoring health and safety policies, a very good knowledge about IT systems, and experience of effectively controlling budgets.  They must also be able to support the School’s Director of Business and Finance to set and develop long term strategies for the School in relation to facilities.  The ability and willingness to be flexible will also be important to meet the needs of the School.

Teaching Assistant Level 4 / HLTA

The Position 

The School is seeking to appoint two Specialist Teaching Assistant HLTAs to work as part of our Inclusion Department team.  Across the two posts we are looking to cover the hours of 8.00am until 6.00pm, so flexibility will be an advantage.   Between the hours of 4.00pm and 6.00pm the post holder would provide additional supervision of Prep pupils taking part in the After School Care.

Successful applicants will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas and will involve assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources. Staff may also supervise whole classes.
