The Frank Edwards Building

600-SEAT AUDITORIUM, REFECTORY & SIXTH FORM CENTRE

“The New Build heralds a new chapter for Rougemont. Building on our past success to create a strong and thriving future for our pupils and our whole school community.” – Rob Carnevale, Headmaster

The new auditorium, refectory and Sixth Form Centre was officially named during the Prizegiving ceremonies at the end of term in July 2019.

Former pupil TV chef Matt Tebbutt returned to School as the guest speaker who gave an inspirational talk to a full audience on Thursday and officially named the new build by unveiling the plaque.

Rougemont School has already recognised the foundations of the school by naming The Burge Building after Mr Ian Burge one of the founder governors and chair.  Continuing with this ethos we are now honouring the founding Headmaster of Rougemont by naming our new development The Frank Edwards Building.

Thank you to Matt Tebbutt, Ieuan Short and Ian Brown for officially naming the building.

What a special event!
