The children have worked very hard over the last half term, developing their skills across the curriculum. Homework has been given out for the holiday which includes an illustrated handwriting competition for the Eisteddfod and a footstep task for Fairtrade. These should be handed into school when the children return on Monday 20th February. Dates for your diary Thursday 1st March – Infant Eisteddfod celebration. Children come to school in Welsh dress. Wednesday 7th March – School open day. Friday 9th March – World book day. The theme this year is books from around the world. To celebrate this we are inviting children to come to school in costume to represent a country.
