Pupils may arrive on the school site,
from 8 am onwards. Any pupils
arriving at this time, should be taken
to early morning prep, which
is held upstairs in the Infant school.
If your child arrives before 8.30 am,

Your child should use the footpath in

route onto the Junior School

At 8.50 am, the whistle is blown,
signalling the start of morning
registration.

collected at 3.50 pm. Year 3 should
be collected in the small Junior School

and year 4 should be collected in front of the Junior building.

be escorted to the bus bays and pupils
going to after school club can walk
along the path, to the Infant school
building.

Year 3 pupils are always escorted to
after-school club by a teacher on
duty.

School Equipment Consultations and Reports
It is really important that your child has the appropriate equipment with
them in school, at all times. If items are misplaced, they should be
replaced as soon as possible.
Year 3 and 4 pupils need the following equipment:
Fountain pen, pencil, ruler, eraser, coloured pencils and a pencil sharpener.

Year 5 and 6 pupils need the following equipment:
Fountain pen, pencil, ruler, eraser, coloured pencils, calculator, geometry set and a pencil sharpener.
Parents of all Junior School pupils are invited into school in the Autumn and Spring terms for individual
consultations with teachers and
receive a formal academic report at
the end of the Summer term.
Smaller matters are conveyed between
staff and parents, using the homework
planner. Please check this planner on a daily basis,to read notes about
alterations to timetable, homework
and other requirements. Your child's
form tutor will sign the planner at the end of each week and parents are also asked to do this.
Staff are always available to discuss matters, throughout the school
year. Please contact Junior School Reception,to arrange a convenient
time to meet with your child's teacher, should the need arise.
