3D Design is intended to reflect the diverse range of activities professional designers encounter and covers a wide range of materials. The course provides students with a firm grounding in design and manufacturing principles and offers many of the tools required within a range of design and engineering careers including Industrial Design, automotive/transport design, product design, architecture, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and many more.
At A level we follow the AQA specification, this is made up of 4 modules:
